from ShaneGrey on 04/17/2016 02:58 PMReally just by showing expirence and being commited, I'd prefer people who are already moderators here but I suppose anyone showing enough expirence and really liking the idea would qualify.
I don't mind training moderators but it's too much to train an Admin, so if you know how to navigate through administrative settings, tools, and the dashboard you might qualify.

Start by doing what's nessessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you're doing the impossible.
