I was planning to hire a moderator every 10 or so members that join. But if I see someone really interested and putting in effort towards helping out I don't mind offering another job.

Really just by showing expirence and being commited, I'd prefer people who are already moderators here but I suppose anyone showing enough expirence and really liking the idea would qualify. 
I don't mind training moderators but it's too much to train an Admin, so if you know how to navigate through administrative settings, tools, and the dashboard you might qualify.

Tbh I don't think hiring admins is a good idea.

Start by doing what's nessessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you're doing the impossible.

I'm the super admin and can remove anyone at any time, I'm kind of sketchy about admins too but doing it alone is a little difficult at times especially just keeping up with everyone's messages.

Yooco is an easy website to administrate I believe you would have no troubles

It's not about that, I just can't be on all the time and it would be better to have more than one admin that can help out at times. We will think about it.

Is the application still open? If so, here's my application.

I'm an experienced moderator in various forum softwares, such as ProBoards.

Also I've moderated another social networking yooco.site.
